ADRA Members! IMPORTANT UPCOMING RACE INFORMATION for the HDRA/ADRA Dusk-til-Dawn

ADRA Members: we are looking forward to participating with HDRA on this epic event: Dusk-Til-Dawn race being held at Primm Nevada on August 25, 2012. In order to make this a successful event there are several important procedures and processes you need to know before you register.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

All registration will go through HDRA. Please visit their website at www.hdrarace.com and go to their "sign up" tab to register. HDRA uses an automated entry process and payments are made by credit cards either by using the fax payment form or you can call Christine Wait at HDRA @ 702-407-3059 and she can assist you over the phone. You can also mail in your entry fees to their Reno office. Payments for Dusk-'til'-Dawn are due by 8 PM August 20th. There is a $40 late registration fee for this race.

WAIVER FORMS:

For the Dusk-'til-Dawn race, each driver/co-driver will have a minimum of 4 waiver forms that need to be signed (HDRA forms, Insurance Company forms, Nevada Energy, and Silver State Solar.) Team waiver forms need to be printed from HDRA'S website and each driver of record is responsible for bringing the correct waivers to registration for each team member. Team members will have to sign the HDRA Team waiver form and the Insurance Company # 4 waiver. Minor's have additional forms that need to be signed.

VEHICLE NUMBERING:

Before you complete the registration forms please call Christine Wait at 703-407-3059 to report your current vehicle number to ensure your number is available through HDRA. If there is a conflict (when possible) you may be allowed to add an X after you number but that must be discussed and approved by HDRA with Christine. Christine can also assist you in the payment options and the required waiver forms.

ADRA POINTS:

In order for you to receive ADRA points for this 2012 ADRA season you must identify yourself as an ADRA member when registering for this upcoming event through Christine at HDRA. We will be going off HDRA's reported list of ADRA participating members only. There will be no "after race" adjustments.

On HDRA's website there is additional important information regarding lodging, course information, transponder info, entry list, etc. Please visit www.hdraracing.com and click on "Dusk-til-Dawn" tab for the most recent up to date information. This tab will continue to be updated as we move closer to the event so we recommend you check their website often.
