**ĦAy, caramba!**Ratchets need love too. If you have some nice ratchets and you want them to work smooth as butter, a cleaning and quality lube is what is needed. Take the ratchet head apart, clean everything with a shot of breakclean, i like to use permatex engine assembly lube, just a dab will do,cover the teeth with a thin layer and put the ratchet back together, guarantee it will be smoother then it ever has before. Make note that only a small drop of engine assembly lube is needed, and ratchets that do not have a sealed head will weep a bit of lube. On high tooth count ratchets something like super lube synthetic grease works just fine as well.
