I assume a recent version of FF and Windows of some kind.

what is better Safari or Chrome(?), I would rather use Firefox, but since it is only at this site I will use another SE here only...

Personally I prefer Chrome as I think its a bit faster.
i just swapped over to chrome... holy crap this is soooo much faster than firefox...

Chrome saves everything. Is there any way to stop this from happening. Ff had solutions to this, which is maybe why we are being "encouraged" to switch?

You can erase your browser history, or use the Incognito browser in Chrome. Click File - New Incognito Browser and it does not save anything.
