He was on Dr. Phil. http://www.vvdailypress.com/articles...ace-crash.html
McGraw (Dr Phil) said he received an e-mail from Travis Bonnar, a survivor who broke his neck in three places and snapped five ribs. Bonnar explained the effects that the accident was having on him and his family, McGraw said. Bonnar’s 13-year-old son, Jakob, who witnessed the gruesome scene, is still haunted by the memories, according to the show’s website.
Bonner is not the guy who sold the video crash footage that many have seen... that was some other a-hole whos name I cant remember. IIRC they did come on RDC and say the regretted the comments they had made about off road racing....

If I got paid for every mistake I have made..........
A proper judge would look at this and say "Your bad Bonnar, you crossed the line---literally."
How about a class action on behalf of desert racers vs Bonnar on the grounds that he may be causing irreparable harm to our sport.
Not even worth rehashing in my opinion. We went down that road plenty after the accident then again when the Dr. Phil show aired. With the anniversary a few days away, better to let this mess go quietly in to the night and let people deal in their own fashion I think. A long winded, circular finger pointing discussion doesn't do anyone any good.
Just my personal opinion.

This is all bad....
"Better to be tried by 12, than carried by 6"
I could use a new Trophy Truck. I'm going to stand on the 5 freeway off ramp by my house so I can sue the govt.....
What a joke...
Wow!! Just at a loss for words again... I have so much I want to say, but at this point it's just not worth it!
I hope to God that it gets drug through court for the next 3 years, hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney fees accumulated and it's determined as a miss trial or even better : USA wins!!!
Btw.. What does suing Sloppy accomplish?? Seriously... Don't you think the last 2 years have been hard enough? What do you really think you're ganna get from him that hasn't already been taken? Is collecting a check with Sloppys name on it fpr the next 20 years REALLY going to accomplish anything?????
