    ORI Struts for Shortcourse Racing?

Just testing the water here. Has anyone tried ORI's STX strut for shortcourse? I know the ST model was more for rock crawling and did not do well in the desert. The STX model is more advanced with several internal improvements for go-fast desert. Anyone tried them?

You might want to take it easy with the spam posts...advertisers get posts deleted with great regularity

Not my intention at all. I'm brand new here on Race-Dezert, so I might make a few mistakes. I looked for a separate vendor section where I can advertise (as with other forums) but didn't find one. And browsing briefly yesterday I couldn't see any other advertisers. Where are they posting? We have a sponsorship contest we want to put up but not sure where to place it. I will delete this post if written inappropriately or not allowed in this section.

The "industry News" forum section is used mostly by manfacturers/dealers/reps to promote products...also, there is a classifieds tab at the top...good luck

Thanks! We are not selling racers, so "Classifieds" is not the right place. I will move our advertising to "Industry News" and delete this post.

Re: ORI Struts for Shortcourse Racing?

Hmmm . . . According to the rules for paid advertisers it is okay to promote anywhere in the forum. I am still new to this forum; here is the rule:

"A forum advertiser is labeled as paying advertiser and therefor making it clear that there is permission given by us for you to post in a commercial way. Your posting signature will be permitted to include links, images and be given more lines of text. You will have exclusive permission to talk about your services or products anywhere in the forum but still have to follow general forum rules of conduct."

So I suppose it's allowed for me to post. This forum is a bit different than others I have posted in. After a short time I cannot edit a post. In other forums I can edit at any time. Not complaining; I will just have to make certain that what I post can stand the test of time.
