Remember, this is a night race starting at 8 p.m. so everyone must have lights. It's a great course and will be marked with reflective white tape, arrows and ribbons. Attached is the entry form and the proposed course. The race starts 8 p..m Saturday, Aug 25. You can pre-run the course earlier in the day. Suggestion: Start early in the morning. Registration and check-in opens at 6 p.m., Competitor's meeting 7 p.m. and first bike starts at 8 p.m., followed by quads two minutes after the last bike has left the line. Start is on 15-second intervals.
The second Super-C is for UTVs ONLY starts at approximately 10:30 p.m.
Both events are two-hours (2 hr) in length. Send your entry in early and save $10. Check all the information on our website: www.averacing.com

Laid out the course this afternoon. 13.2 miles of awesomeness. The first part is rough, with hills, then whoops for several miles, then rocks and then fast stuff. For this event people can park and pit, including refueling, around the perimeter of the course inside the ranch. E-mail us if you wish to get the Google Earth "kml" or "kmz" course.

Congratulations to Kevin DeJongh, Overall and First 250 Expert; Bill Markel, Overall and First Quad Expert; and Pablo Veglia, Overall UTV and First in Formula 1200.
It was one of our better night races and everyone had a great time.
We are also happy to report that Sebastian Leda, who was the passenger in a UTV that rolled, is OK. He was released from the Antelope Valley Hospital early Sunday morning, with nothing serious except maybe a big headache.
Results are posted on www.averacing.com and will become official Sept 6.

Make sure you try to make the next one in October. It's 4 35-mile laps. Just laid out the course. Go see it at: www.averacing.com
We also have the Google Earth files to take a virtual tour.
