We battle pj jones all day. We were out first until a flat then he lead until race mile 420. Troy got by him in the pits. This race was won in the pits. Our team was spot on. Thanks to trophylite and our team.

Congrats on your finish. For Currie thats not good. The first TL Stewerts Raceworks built fell apart huh?
Not cool Brandon, the truck didn't just fall apart, thanks for the slam on TrophyLite without any knowledege of what happened. The trucks are built stronger and safer then ever before.
Charlie Currie and team ran a great race until they were forced off a hillside into ditch by a 7200 truck. It broke the lower arms uniball , lefted up the rearend of the truck and spun them around damaging rear of the truck and ending there day.
Charlie was and is 100% happy with his TL and the work that Stewarts Raceworks had done for him. He was having a near perfect day(except for a flat) until he pulled over to let the the RPM TT by. He says the truck has met and exceeded all of his expectations. I was pretty impressed to hear that a 58 year old man with 1 arm was runnning up.

I was chasing Charlie all day and was ready to take over driving if needed! When they came through Pit 10, all was going great and looked as though he would ironman it to the finish! Flat tire before Pit 5 took co-driver Taylor a while to get the flat tied down in the rack due to a nerf that bent the tie-down ring. Had a solid 3rd place finish at that point to RM 358 when he pulled too far to the right for the RPM truck and into a ditch tearing up the right front and at the same time got plowed from behind that would send them up, over and facing 180 degrees!

Perhaps the original Mexican trucks are better when run over by 8000 lb Class eights.
I bet it was fun getting the truck off course. Glad to see you guys smiling when we went past you on course it looked like you had gone for a hell of a ride.

Although they were 9.5 miles past the hwy 361 road crossong, with the help of a local BITD official, he told us of a way to get to them, which was up 361 for 15 miles, then 25 miles on a dirt road with a wrong turn to visit the Pointsetta Mine. But once we found the right road, it took us right to them. They seemed glad to see us Loading it on the trailer wasn't too bad with 8 of us. Next problem was where to go to get some sleep GPS said go to the beautiful town of Hawthorn where we called it a night and got home around 8pm Saturday!
Congratulations to the Messers for the win (you suck!!!!) and to all the other TrophyLite finishers. Sorry we couldn't make it but we will see you in Parker.
Good job TL Brothers!

Rick sorry I did not hear the full story. The pics do not look good either. I was not slamming Trophylite at all after all I do own one. Im just saying from an engineering standpoint maybe too much changed too quickly. But maybe not also.
