Anybody else have problems at the Grand Sierra Resort?

We loved the hotel and the staff was professional and friendly.

However two problems:

1. Our reservation confirmation email included an excel file with lots of other racers bookings, rates, room numbers etc. Looked like an internal document that should not have been send to a customer. Contacted them and never heard back about that privacy and security violation.

2. Just like last year there was some dog event going on? Dog poop in the hallways is not cool. It's caused by irresponsible dog owners and not the hotel but it reflects on them.

In any event we love that hotel and hope to stay there again in the future.

Sure, but shoulda known better. We had room 666 and the heater ran about 85 all night .
Way to cold for the Bako crew .
