Been a long time racer/ fan of the desert. Raced with many classes and teams since 2000. Started in 7s RES Motorsports S-10 working my way up through the team starting at dumping gas and finaly to driver. helping out freinds and their teams in class 10, jeepspeed and 1450. helped a freind build and race a turbo toyota.Remember passing Austin at the Lucern race like he was tied to a tree! then whatching him pass us cuz we were DNFed! Oh the good ol days! Since then I hooked up with George Rosenbaum and helped him out with his 1400 truck pitting and co-driving. Fast truck there! Best thing we did to that truck was get rid of the Ricor shocks and got King 3.5 bipasses on it. Truck got a lot faster. That is when I started having health issues! Strength was gone and couldnt focus on the GPS! Not a good thing when traveling 101mph at the mint 400 coming up on a 90 degree right hander and you cant tell the driver how far it was! Needless to say I couldnt do it anymore, safely at least. I couldnt do my job anymore either( I was the shop foreman at OC Motorsports in Costa Mesa). Now Im just a Lurker on the interwebs and figured I would finaly sign up.
