So I'm going to install fiberglass fenders on my fullsize 86 bronco but am not sure what to do with the battery. I understand most people with f150's mount the battery in the bed, don't really want the battery inside. Does anyone have any pictures or ideas...Thanks

I have a 1986 Ford Bronco with full fiberglass front clip and I've relocated my battery to behind rear bench seat bolted down in a battery box. You can find all types of battery boxes through Kartek and McKenzies. I run my positive battery cable through the cab in the slot on the floor near the passenger side door and the ground off the mounting point on the battery box. I hope that helps.
Kartek sells a relocation kit ( "+" "-" cables, battery box, power switch, a few hardware pieces and that's about it). I invested in this set up a few years back, but never used it. I opted to retain the factory location instead and added a brace to it.
