Hi all, Name is Midori - yes, like the drink - I started chasing/pitting for Gnarly Racing, class 5/1600 a few years ago. After a few years spent getting married, having a baby and working my tail off, I'm finally co-driving! I raced my first race at the 1000, survived my 9 hours in the car and we sealed the class championship with a 3rd place finish...yeeha! It was a family affair, my mom watched my nine month old baby, my husband ran the second leg and my dad co-drove the last, pretty cool.
I plan to continue this crazy pursuit wholeheartedly, heard about race-dezert a while back through the grapevine and love what the site has to offer to us desert freaks.
During the day? Chasing my 10 month old future racer and working as a loan officer = lots of fun!
