Not sure if this helps, but at the 2004 Off Road Expo, there was a company doing a few full body wraps on some big Stupid Duties and such, their work was very good. They did a few vehicles during the show itself. Not sure if you can pull up a Vendor list, or Vehicle Spot registration but that could be a good link to some info. They were across the "road" from our truck.

I know Molly Designs did graphics Ivan's Tundra during the show, I want to say they did the Protruck ones too but I am not totally sure.
