Beard Seats 1450 Shootout with M.O.R.E.
I am very pleased to announce the “2005 BEARD SEATS 1450 SHOOTOUT WITH M.O.R.E.”
We at Beard Seats, with special help from UBRT, have joined up with M.O.R.E. for this great event, to be held in Lucerne Valley CA, on the 28th of May.
Beard Seats is offering to pay the entry fees for ALL 1450 trucks that race this event and run our stickers. On top of that Beard Seats is putting up $500 CASH and $500 in product for the winner, $500 in product for second place, and $250 in product for third place.
Stay tuned for further announcements, this promises to be the most exciting and rewarding 1450 race of the year.
Thanks

Quick question,
Back when MDR started the 1450 class, the trucks had to have front glass, License plates etc. and be street leagal. But now they all seem to be race trucks of all types. Will some guys see this as an oprotunity to cherry pick with their 6 figure Trophy Truck Pre-Runners, or will there be some rules associated with this race? Just wondering.Like say LaDuc, Stienberger, Post or who ever show up to ruin the lowbuck garage built pre-runner cats like Mark Growe who use to drive his truck to the race, Race her, then drive home. Not that the big boys would need the money or anything. But maybe the regulars of the class would want these guys there so they may guage there abilities against the best the desert has to offer.
Just wondering.

Hey Tool thats cool Timmy stepped up to the plate. Dude you race jeep speed what are you going to get. also are you going to step up and pay out for the big classes as in class 1 and 10 with your seat/window nets/etc. Also I heard of having to have your (Beard/Red Art) limit straps to get paid is that true. If so will the the Mckenzies ones work since Red Art makes them? Any ways thats cool. Good for you guys. Also you better bring some beers.

Can you imagine what the turn out for 1450 is gonne be? 21 got off the line in the MDR, I am sure that around 25-30 will show up for this race, especially because of the no entry fee. Way to go Beard and Uncle Bob!
