Win a ride in a TT or class 1, send in your footage
Send in your video footage by 8-31-05 to enter our contest.
- 1st - 3rd prize winners will get a chance to co-ride during a testing session with John Markings Class One car or Scott Steinbergers Trophy Truck. The ride will last at least 15 minutes and will be held in either Barstow, CA or Plaster City, CA
We will announce the winners by (TBA) on race-dezert.com and dezertpeople.com. The winner needs to be at least 18 years of age or be accompanied by his/her parents if under the age of 18.
- 4th - 10th prize winners will get the dp-care package: an invite to our next Dezert People video premier party at a location of choice (date and location TBA) plus one of every Dezert People video released to that date, plus other merchandise such as apparel etc.
The 1st, 2nd winner will be picked by each of our producers based on their favorite footage. We are looking for the most exciting shot in desert racing. The 3rd prize winner will be by random draw of the rest of our entries. This way any submission has a chance to win a ride in an unlimited vehicle. 4th-10th prize are based on the quality of your submission.
All video footage used in any future dezert people release will be credited with your name in the end of our DVD credits plus you will receive one free copy of the release your footage is used in. All footage must be exclusively submitted to dezert people. That means your footage can not end up in another desert racing production.
Video footage submitted must be an original to retain the best possible quality. We have a quick turn around of your footage of 2 to 3 weeks. Your footage can be shot on any media such as miniDV, DVCAM, Digital8, Hi8, 8mm etc. We prefer miniDV or DVCAM tapes.
Each tape or event counts as one entry for the drawings. So if you send us 10 hours of video from 8 different races then that would count as 8 chances to win.
