    Bending Dies

I am considering buying the JD2 Model 3 today or tomorrow. My question to all of knowledable people is this. In the selection of dies there are many differenet radius dies in the selection. They are

    10-2044 M3B Round Tube Die Set - 1 1/2" (4.5-180) .095"
    10-2046 M3B Round Tube Die Set - 1 1/2" (5.5-180) .083"
    10-2048 M3B Round Tube Die Set - 1 1/2" (6.5-180) .058"
    10-2050 M3B Round Tube Die Set - 1 1/2" (7.5-180) .058"

I willbe most working with mild steel at .095 and DOm as thick as .120, which one of the dies is most common used?

    Thanks

    Re: Bending Dies

I've got 1-1/2", 1-5/8", and 1-3/4" dies on 5.5 clr's....they work great for getting the sides of my cages really tight to the roof line and I've bent .250 wall DOM for drop-down drag-links as well....

    My other dies incl.:
    1/2"x2.25" clr 180*
    1/2"x3" clr 180*
    5/8"x3" clr 180*
    3/4"x3" clr 180*
    7/8"x3" clr 180*
    7/8"x3" clr 180*
    1"x3" clr 180*
    1-1/8"x4.5" clr 180*
    1-1/4"x3.5" clr 180*
    1-1/4"x4.5" clr 180*
    1-1/2"x4.5" clr 180*
    1-1/2"x5.5" clr 180*
    1-1/2"x6.5 clr 90*
    1-5/8"x5.5" clr 90*
    1-3/4"x5.5" clr 180*

I'm really happy with my JD2 bender....
