I just put on a Borla twin pipe cat back exhaust on my F-150 and it went on in less than an hour and everything lined up perfect. Borla also supports many off road racers and builds custom mufflers for McMillin's, Herbst's, Geiser Bros., Pci Racing, and many others. We have some 24" mufflers on my prerunner that quiet it down and make prerunning more enjoyable. My 05 F-150 sounds throatier and has a little more zip. I also got a Hypertech tuner programmer and that made a huge difference and was able to program in the tire size and the gear ratio to get the car to shift right and make the Speedo and anti lock brakes sync up with the larger tires. I have a True Flow intake on the way to get the truck more air to complete the trucks performance upgrades. The guys here in the shop had a pool on how long it would take me to put on the Borla system, there guesses ranged from 1:30 to 4 hrs. I did it in 55 minutes and proved to them I can still get my hands dirty and won the pool. Borla is the performance leader in my opinion and there quality is top notch.

i say a flowmaster muffy, but what ever you get make sure its installed by an experianced off-road guy like steve at welding works 714-744-5848. i've seen nice jobs on nice trucks done by good hot rod shops, crack or fall off in the dirt because of poor mounting
