Hi guys, just wondering why you put the first message last? I always end up going to the 2nd or 3rd page to read the hole thread. I'm sure there is a real good reason just wondering why?
Thank you
Ernesto.

The idea behind the default order is that posts are sorted in chronological order.
If we have 10 posts in a thread and you have never read any of them, then the top one is the first post that started the thread and every reply follows in the order it got posted. This makes for easy reading.
Now if you have read 8 of the posts already then now you have to find your last read post and continue the thread from there. To make that easy you may click on "View First Unread" or the correspondingsymbol when entering the thread or the
symbol before entering the thread. That will get you right to the first NEW post you haven't read yet.
Or you may change the sorting order to reverse of the default in your User CP.
Hope that helps.

I understand that but often I find my self starting on a tread late in that case I like having it this way.
Thank you.
