Jeep Wranger Unlimited Prerunner

Spotted on the I-15, near 138 going northbound. Red jeep wranger unlimted all tricked out...( no it wasnt for rock crawling) Bumpers, spare tires, kings, jacks, looked like a full chase/prerunner. I know the wheel base is a longer in those models...but to chase in? Anyone have anything further? I dont know enough about the suspension in those.
