Re: Laughlin
Actually it will be 32 TTs within two miles if you use a 60 mph average, they wont be going that fast the first two miles so the 32 will be closer than two miles right after the start.
16 TTs per mile, if they start 4 every 15 seconds

Re: Laughlin
Just talked to SCORE on the phone and they dont know where the 4wide idea came from and at this time is FALSE. They have not decided on how to start yet as they were waiting to see how many in each group and so on but 4 wide is NOT 100% or even close.

Except for the 100+mph down the pits...any word on there being a speed limit through that area?
Besides pitting for our 16 car I think I'll be spending most of my time in the grand stands this year. 32+TT's on the big screen and the leap for a few bucks, can't go wrong!

Hey Mark what do you think about starting 4 wide now ?
So how long will the first guy out of the infield have clean air ? lap and 1/2 ?

Too late for that Score already posted no rally trackers this race.

I know SCORE will not go that route, but no matter what I would still not favor the idea. Gary really didn't like his draw! We are still deciding who will drive which car and this really added an element to that discussion.
I will have to say that we faired better than LVDC. I would hate to have our 2 cars starting side by side. I wouldn't want Shane or T.J.'s seat.
At 2 cars every 15 seconds, they can get all the cars off in less than 4.5 minutes. We used to average less than 60 mph at the old course, so I would suspect this year will be a little slower. That means there will be a decent gap between the last starter and the first car to come around on lap 1. I look for them to keep it the same.
