Not to advertise for myself but i will have a skidplate of my own for the craftsman jack that i will be selling in the next week to a week and a half for considerably less than the stewarts one. As for mounting, if you have a skid plate do 4 hood pins mounted to the truck with corresponding holes on the skid palte and just drop it over and put your pins in. pull pins out and remove jack to use. I dont know if i typed that clear enough to understand.
