Andy McMillin Ready For Redemption at the San Felipe 250
After experiencing mechanical difficulties at the Laughlin Desert
Challenge, (the first race of the SCORE series), Andy McMillin is
focused and ready for redemption. The San Felipe 250 is known for being
a brutal course, and is a true test of man and machine for every
competitor. The course consists of over 200 miles of continuous whoops
and sand washes. Andy is confident he will do well and that the Red
Bull trophy truck will perform.
After putting in several days of testing and pre-running the course,
Andy McMillin reflected on the challenge before him. "We have tested
thoroughly and pre-run extensively. The truck has been stripped and
re-built. We are well prepared for this race. I know I have put myself
in a tough position by not finishing the first race of the SCORE
series. I need to finish and I need to finish well. I won this race
last year, I am confident I can do it again."
