Revo 3.3
Trying to decide on just updating my 2.5 engine to the 3.3 I understand TRAXXAS will trade up your 2.5 to the 3.3 for 135.00. I've spent a lot of time on my suspension and the truck works good but the new chassis is longer and it might worth it just to buy a new one when released.
Looking for other opinions?
I'm getting a Savage X on Friday and already have a .26 SAVAGE, T-Maxx, the REVO and a RC10 besides racing KX500's in the desert this is the most addictive thing I can think of.

The 3.3's are all over ebay. I've seen them for $170.00 with free shipping.

you think this is addictive? Try racing pro lol. some of the trucks i see are about 700$ out of the box and they are 1/8 scale Truggies. ive seen them full speed (about twice what any savage or Tmaxx could pull) and not even flinch. there just simply Monsters and are untouchable in performance and durability.
For instance. Try Jammin's new truggy. i think its called the JR1 or something. Just came out with a RTR version so it's perfect for you, And it comes with everything you'd need to wipe off that smug look on everyone elses face at the desert, OR Track.
But anyways. back to your subject :P A motor is a motor. if it runs. GREAT. and if your not racing. top line performance isnt neccesary unless you plan on pulling small children around with one lol. But hey. i cant see your truck or what you use it for. but Your man RCN up there has a good point. Ebay is the S***. and if theres anything remotely wrong with it? leave feedback and demand money back IF THE DAMAGES arent specified in the description.

Thanks for the advice and information only been at it for a little over 2 years mostly just play with the buddies. Tried some amateur racing it so much different then playing. I've seen a pro event and it is amazing to watch the speed and the way they control it.

Yup, i race frequently, about 5 of my friends are the fastest ive ever seen lol. And the 1/8 scale isnt even the half of it. the On Road Champs ive seen are unbelieveable lol. than they come to my home track in santee and race off road 4WD Buggy (1/10 Scale) and tehre simply un touchable lol......quite frankly i miss gas and bashing. but racing improves your skills.
