Hotel in Ensenada for memorial weekend?

I was going to book a room at La Pinta for Memorial day. Rooms were available last week but I didn't want it on this months Visa bill so I held off till today. Well, now they're booked solid. I've also contacted Punta Morro, they're booked... I've got emails through the webpages of Las Rosas, Coral, & Corona. Any other recomendations to check? Does anyone have any state side booking phone numbers for those three places? I only have a cell phone and my Mexico rates are outragous!!!

If you have any other suggestions for places in Ensenada let them rip. I'd prefer to be near the strip with the clubs/bars instead of on the outskirts of towns. But... With everything being booked, beggers can't be choosers, quality over quantity, I'd like to stay someplace somewhat nice so if we have to cab it so be it...

Oh, and anyone know of any sports betting places or bars down there that would show the UFC fight that weekend? I know, long shot!!!
