Trouble removing stock fender
A friend of mine has a '92 F-150 and can't seem to get the stock front fenders off to put his new glass on. He says its spot welded in a few places, and won't budge once he has all the bolts out. I guess the xx-91 fenders aren't welded, and the 92-97 are. I'm sure there are a few of you here that have put glass on your 92-97 F150s, how did you get the fender off without cutting the core support out? Keep in mind he wants to keep the stock fenders in case the glass doesn't work out.

Re: Trouble removing stock fender
Sounds odd that they are spot welded but just get a drill bit specifically for drilling out spot welds and get to work on them.
