power loss

so im playing with my fuse to my stereo the other day. the wire slips from my hand and lands on the negative terminal. now my truck wont give any power to turn on at all. will still get sparks if i touch a positive to a ground though. any thoughts

which wire was it that arced? was it the acc power or the bat power? Check all of you fuses not just the radio fuse. also check you manual and see if there is a fusable link anywhere
