CODE race at Tecate

No info on the CODE site yet. Looking for info re: course, format, lodging, eats, etc.

IIRC, it's around a 20 mile loop, with racing by class over Sat. and Sun.

Im guessing the course will be the same as last year's, its a fun course, has some fast sections, big hillclimbs, tight turns, and the big jump at the end like kalus says its a mini laughlin cars run 2 heats one in the morning one in the afternoon separated by classes quads race on sunday.

It was my first CODE race, and I really enjoyed it. We broke, but it was our own fault.
If I had a race truck right now, I would be planning on being there ! A great venue.

Old School...agree! Super fun course / race (as mentioned, hill climbs, single track, start finish jump, big crowds)...HOT . CODE races are just FUN!

I heard that there was issues with the land owners in Jacume and that the race was moved to another venue? This was earlier this year, where those issues real and then resolved?

I heard that they had moved it too and it was no longer going to be at jacume. Maybe its gonna be where they used to run it where its now a mx track just east of Tecate at Rancho La Puerta.

I hope not...that track (loop) was really fun, we plan on racing it again this year.
