This truck is local here in PHX. We are thinking of taking a look at it. Seams like a fair price. Does anyone have any background on this truck? We are just entering the sport form MX and dont have much information on this one. Any thing would be appreciated...

It was the old Robby Gordon La Victory Salsa sponsored class 1 back before there was Trophy Truck class. It was used by Panasonic as a car show and expo display vehicle for a while and then the guy who took care of it bought it and raced it some with Whiplash in AZ some. Geiser's in Phoenix did some update work on it before Dirk's an Porter raced it this year. There are some video clips from the Terribles Town 250 race that show the truck in action. Looked very fast but not sure how they did at the race.

X- Robby Gordon built (La Victoria) ranger. Then sold to Bob Richey (RCR racing). Then sold to I think Panasonic, I think thier was one more owner then Dirks & Porter. Long history for this truck.
I forgot about RCR racing it. They were one of the only privateer or non factroy backed TT teams when the class started. I think this was one of the first truggy type, solid rear axle with full tube body frame built versis a class 8 with a frame?
