It's a ALL WHITE 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and has a large dent on the rear liftgate to the left of the license plate.
It looks like he jack-knifed the trailer and the propane tanks hit the Jeep?

There's also a large black roof rack, about 4ft x 4ft x 1/2ft, made from thin steel round tube and rod.

The radiator core support is bented, it was cut off and straighten, and then poorly welded back on (local Baja fix).

The shocks are yellow and blues Bilstein shocks that can be seen from the rear.
From the front you can see a red and white Rancho Steering Stabilizer on the front axle.

It has factory window tint, tan leather (Limited or Laredo model), a trailer brake controller under the driver's side dash, factory hitch and trailer connectors, and might still have the large, adjustable ball/hitch attached?

gtx ..... have you been down there already ?? i think i would be down there combing the highways (there's only two of them) and looking for these son of a bitches ... i'm not sure you'll ever find them or the vehicle, but at least you are physically in the area where this tragic event happened .... i wish you all of the luck you will need to get these f@#%&ers ... hopefully the d.a. crew that is still down there, will keep there eyes open for the white jeep - d-no

My experience in the town of Santa Rosalia Thursday 11-18 was not good. We went to the first Pemex station for deisel and got ripped off for the fuel and they even stole a hat off the dash right in front of us. I have heard its a thuggish and corrupt town, and I have seen all I need to see of it Loredo was great though.

well I think it might be a little dangerous dealing with car thieves and possible crooked cops, so just keep up what you are doing by internet and by phone...
