    North American Racers at Dakar: Who/Why

    What North American racers are at Dakar and what is their role there. The more they go to Dakar the greater their chance of being driver / rider of record in the future. I am interested to see who is actually making that huge comittment. Thanks.

    Hasn't been much talk about Michael Petersen but he's actually doing pretty decent too.

    Very impressive effort so far this year "testing", cant wait to see what happens next year.
