CORR announced that NBC will cover all their truck races for 2007. I guess it is time for me to seriously look at investing in a Truck. What a fantastic package to actually see the races a week after the race rather than 6 to 9 months later. I am actually going to work on my buggy tonight but will be thinking about a truck.

woooh, wait a minute! this is great news but get your facts straight first. the CORR "cup" races every weekend will be covered on NBC. the cup races are a new "extra" race for this season. they are one extra non points race each weekend for pro-2 and pro-4 only. not pro-lite and not the "regular" points battles. those will remain on speed.

from what i understand pro-2 will have it's cup race sat, and pro-4 sunday. all those teams will race twice on that day. 3-race weekends stink and to do a whole season will require a very dedicated team. at least NBC coverage will be a huge bonus for the teams that can do it!!

Its still NBC TV time and they are racing for lots more money, why wouldnt a PRO team want to do that? Sounds like a great deal for teams, sponsors, ect. Cant wait, wish I was building a Truck instead of a Buggy in my garage.

Wow how misleading is that press release? I guess they will be making an announcement shortly for the Pro Lite coverage.
