Im pretty sure the seals are different and the bodies are not machined to the same tolerances.
They will work fine. The materials are not the same but they will hold up fine.

what are the differences and pros and cons of them?
different seals and different metals. Viton vs nitrile/urethane. 7075 vs 6061.

Dont forget the pistons are much diffrent. they flow seperate and accordingly, instead of one side checking the other more or less...
