SF(Ensenada?)250 GPS Coordinates?

Does anybody have coordinates for the major points of the 250? I'm looking for check points, access roads, etc.
The SCORE website has a file, but it looks like it has to conveted to use with my Garmin unit.

On the Score's link, there is only one file, yet there are instructions that start like this:
"Download the .plt and .wpt files above."
There are no .plt or .wpt files above to download...

Exactly! They are either missing, or were never posted

The .plt files and the .wpt files are very easily converted to Garmin

I cant for the life of me open or convert the .usr file though!
