    prep`d 4L80E

I am looking for a race prepd 4l80e with a non-electric reverse manual valve body, to work with an Art-Carr/ Winter gate shifter, behind a LS2. Including all the gadgets like uprated clutches, input shaft, bands, gears, pump...I heard a few times the name of Stoney Automtive SAE, but despite a lot of search wasn`t able to get any contact details.
Has someone any phone number/ details? Any other shops doing the same conversion?
What are the latest developments on the 4L80E? Uprates, parts, acc....
Thanks heaps for all infos and help

I don't think there are any scratch-built aftermarket valve bodies like those for the T400. But there are modified orginals and kits to do your own. Most or all loose converter lock up.

These guys have ready to go valve bodies:

Whole transmissions and lots of components.

You probably want a fixed output yoke rather than the more popular slip yoke. The stock fixed yoke tail housing uses a bushing. Culhane offers a trick fixed yoke housing with bearings.

Steve also offers a wiring harness to manually control the lockup torque converter.

We use a standard pattern manual valve body on our Culhane 4L80-E.
