Again, something i totally agree with you on. Its rediculous that the "private security" companies have better equipment then the men and women in the military do. I also have questions of why the soldiers are or were sent over there but I also beleive that Iraq was a safe haven for terrorist types and that Saddam had to be taken outa control ans the country needed help in the right direction. But I also think that right now unless something drastic happens the war is a lost cause. If something could happen that would ensure Iraq did not become another safe haven id be the first to vote to bring the troops home.
didnt the crusades last hundreds of years?

When will everyone come to the realization that it's not just the President that sends our troops to war?
Military brass was giving him updates on what was happening over there and were telling him that we needed to be over there. John Kerry, the left wing nut job, voted for us to go to war and then talked crap on us being there. Congress had votes leading up to our invasion. This war has cost some American lives and that sucks but war is not pretty.
Why is no one complaining about American lives being lost to liberate the Jews in WW2? We are a world power and with that comes a lot of responsibilities. It has become our job to try to police the rest of the world. We have been doing this for years and there isn't a lot of countries helping us. Bosnia, the Gaza Strip, and Yugoslavia were all wars fought during a democrat's presidency. We can't change now. Maybe if other countries would help, the toll on American lives wouldn't be so great.

It wouldn't take much to strap a nuke on it and fly below radar strait to Isreal to or Kwait. The point is that is a way to deliver a WMD they didn't have.

As for his movies, he's not pushing his views on you nor do any of his movies have to do with anything that is being argued here. So what is all the fuss about?
can't believe nobody else picked up on this guy.
Bryan Harrold, who EXACTLY said they wouldnt buy mikes film? before this post of yours, WHO SAID they wouldnt buy a bajaflo movie? i can put aside mikes politics, and purchase his movie.
i guess you havent read any of the rebuttals to mikes comments. and then you havent noticed a real attempt at a rebuttal from him. maybe you should read these threads a little closer before you fly off the handle

Re: President Bush PreRunner ride
One thing I noticed is that everyone is passionate about the war, the president, immigration issues etc. and that is a good thing and shows that democracy is in place.
Hopefully more people get involved in political issues to make a difference instead of reading about it after the fact.
We heard every point of view posted above, nothing got accomplished in this forum.
The focus of race-dezert.com is desert racing. Thread closed.
