Will there be any fuel available at or around rm 186 during pre-run? If not what is the best way to get a support truck to that area? How is the road from hwy 1 , San Telmo to RM 186?

No, there is no fuel at race mile 186. The best way to get a truck to RM 186 is from the access road at San Telmo. Highway 1 is not bad at all. It's probably a good 1 1/2 hour drive and then about 15-20 miles in through the access. When are you going down there.
Its been a while since Ive been up that road but from the HWY to RM186 wasnt bad. Its about 15 to twenty miles in. Rm186 to the next race course crossing (apprx rm155) wasnt too bad until a bit after the Melling Ranch. Maybe Seve or somebody thats been through there recently can shed some light on it.
Woohoo, that makes it much easier.Hwy 1 is fine and San Telmo road is now paved

Just carry a gallon of gas with you!! dump it in a few miles in to the ride and you'll make it to VT..
San Telmo road is now paved all the way up past the eastern most race x-ing. It's 17 miles from RM186 down the paved road to Hwy 1 where there is a Pemex in the town of San Telmo.
