Rally Twin???

I was flipping through the pages of and old Cycle World and found a clip on the "rally twin". Interesting: http://www.rallytwin.com/ . Seems like a rip off to me. for the $68k for a Rally Twin you could buy a KTM 650 and trick it out to tour heart's desire for a third of the price.
