I've heard this mention a few times on Speed but never really payed attention to it.Looks like they can run just about anything on that track. How many acers?Track(s) length.Nascar and F1 are searching for new Markets.Let's hope Palm Springs get it's name on the map!

Well, this was a prelim drawing back in 1988 or 1989 around the demise of Riverside. This was proposed and subsequently shot down by the City Council of Palm Springs. The course was going to be in a "hole" south of Indian Ave and north of I10, on the north side. There was going to be a wind barrier by seating looking down into the "hole". I just found this looking for my old Baja maps to figire out the 1000 course for this year.
