Im looking for a smaller (height) jam nut for 1 1/4" heims RH thread. the ones i have now are like 23/32" and i need some that are closer to 1/4" in height. i have seen them before any help on finding these would be appreicated.

Desert specialties has some 1/4" tall ones for 7/8 and 1" so they probably have it for 1. 1/4" also.
ill have to give them a call. i looked in the fastenal online catalog and couldnt find ish
I had to make some of my own for my 1 1/4" heims since I didn't want to wait to get some shipped. I just had my bro mill them down and clean up the threads. I'm sure worse case you could use a cutoff wheel or bandsaw if you need to.
yeah thats what i was thinking about doing, but i dont have jam nuts to begin with so i want to buy some skinny ones if i can
try mcmaster carr.
