i'm tired of people trying to save me from myself. seems like everybody that is an expert on this or that has their agenda.

I totally agree. If a person wants to jump off a building, let them. If they want to put a bullet in their head, go ahead. It might sound a little callus, but death and desease keeps me employed. Patients that come into the ER around 3 o'clock in the morning with alcohol poisoning can make the time go faster.
