The Guru of Custom Headers is Robert (Bob) Butler in San Diego, his work is amazing and can be seen on the top JIMCO racers, Stewart's Raceworks creations and other top quality cars. He is not cheap, $4000.00 is in the ball park, but he is the best.

Re: custom headers
To do a proper, extract everything out of you motor set of headers, the builder should have all your motor specs and do the math to get maximum hp and torque. I use a program called pipe max. $40.00 and worth every penny or have Burns stainless do the calcs for you.

i bought a bunch of U bends and J bends and made my own. you could go down that route too
