floor jack

i know there is another thread on floor jacks but i didn't see anything about what i was looking for. im new to the whole desert deal. i have a f-150 with like 4 or 6" lift on it. do you think i would be alright with a 29.99 1.5 ton floor jack from auto zone. i think its a duralast. im on a tight budget as of now and will upgrade later. i just need it for basic tire changes and to jack up on for jack stands. any input would help. thx
