1000 Pre-running South End

My co-dawg and I will be running the San Ignacio to Cabo leg during the 1000. We plan on pre-running November 9 from San Ignacio to Insurgentes and then Insurgentes to Cabo the next day the 10th. Will anyone be doing the same? We're thinking about camping the one night before going to Cabo . . . safety in numbers though.

We are a motorcycle team looking to do the same, I think we will be a day behind you. But that may change, I agree, safety in numbers, we will have two trucks in the South.

Be very careful prerunning the course that weekend as many teams will be down south, what ever you do DONT ride backwards on the course, traveling upstream will kill somebody! Good luck and be safe.

Sorry, I may not have been clear. We're planning on camping or staying somewhere near Insurgentes.

We are talking about going to Ensenada on 10/25/07. On 10/26 we plan on going from Ensenada to Santo Domingo. Then we plan on taking the hwy to San Ignacio, then taking the course to Loreto, returning on 10/28. Is anybody taking this route, safety in numbers?? That is our plan so far.
