64 chevy prerunner??? Pros and Cons

OK, I've had this truck sitting in my backyard for a while now and I'm not too sure what to do with it. 2 options:
1. sell it ( i have been trying to sell for a couple of years now but nobody wants a half done project. )

2. make it a prerunner??
I have all the engine parts, 350, th400 trans, Eaton posi, steering column and much more.

I need some help figuring out what some of my obstacles will be if I choose to build this for the dirt???
