stuck truck getting unstuck on the mojave trail video
Just back from the Mojave Trail, this is about as stuck as you can get.

nah stuck is taking a wrong line between san ignacio and san jaunico and camping on higher ground til someone from datil comes out in a tractor...

wow thats the mojave trail????? me and my friends are coming from sacramento going to laughlin Thursday night and we were thinking of taking the Trail into Laughlin, but if this is how it is maybe we should just do highway? Anyone know if the trail has alot of this?

That almost deep. I was stuck a few weeks ago. It was similar to that kind of mud. But it was above my tires. I drive a 6 inch lifted on 35 all terrains. Also it was a quarter of a mile into the stuff. Took a jeep 4x4 with a 20,000 lb winch and hydraulic arms that dug into the ground. Even the jeep got stuck a couple times. lol

ya know - its not like it was an invisible pond of quiksand...its a HUUUGE mudhole.
i never woulda gone near anything like that...total rookie move.

No, that is just a mud hole that is always there. The trail is great. The only part that was a little tough this year was the dry lake bed. It wasnt dry.
Take the trail you will enjoy it. If it is wet. Just pick up the trail outside of baker to bypass the dry lake bed

not really a "rookie" . just having fun. Every year someone tries to cross it. We always have enough trucks to get someone out. Last year it was iced over with 5 " of ice.
