I just moved my radiator from the front to the rear.Is there a preferred pipe to get the coolant from the front to the radiator?

I normally use 15 GA aluminized exhaust tubing. Havent had problems yet.
6061 alum tube 1.5 OD .065 wall.....buy your U bends from Burns Stainless then fit and weld then yo can use a bead roller to roll beads at the hose connection points to keep the hose from slipping off..

i like to use .050 stainless tubing. mainly straight pieces (with a safety bead rolled on) and rubber elbows to compensate for engine movement and heat expansion

Thanks guys.Interesting points of view.Is it recommended to go under the cab or thru the cab?
exactly we have done this on both our race truck and prerunners. works great! just have to weld on a ring near the end so the hose clamp has a lip to grab against so the hoses dont pop off.
our hoses are run under the cab, we just have an air bleeder on both front and back to make sure we get all the air out.
Do not run through cab... if you have a rupture you will be badly burned... 220F water is not good for you.
yes, i agree; steam/water makes ugly burns![]()
in a closed cab the instant "fogging up" (i hope that is the right word??) when a hose bursts could also be a danger....(instantly going blind at 100mph sounds not like fun)
due to limited space i have to run my water lines (together with trans and oil cooler lines) on top of the (driveshaft/exhaust) center tunnel and over the fuel cell (between the rear seats) to the rear coolers and radiator. i cover everything completely with sheet metal (just touching a 220F ss tube is already an unpleasant experience)
