plate bending

Im looking for someone who can bend a piece of 1/8th 4130 plate in to a " u " back being 1.5" and the sides being 3 ". I am in temecula but locally isnt needed as I drive everywhere. anyone know any places please put there contact info.

doesnt someone on RDC do this for HMS or Kartek?
