    F-150 Spring rates

I'm looking for a starting point for front spring rates or an approximate weight and ratio for my 1995 Ext Cab SB F-150. I'm going to be using 14" stroke FOA coilover shocks mounted just in front of stock width Camburg bent beams. The truck has glass front fenders, 5.8L V-8 with AFR alum heads, no cab cage. This is a prerunner/chase truck only.

    Thanks for your help,

P.S. search didn't return anything for me

    Re: F-150 Spring rates

I use a 1964 Galaxie front spring (700lb rate) in my truck which has 12'' of travel.I use a Deaver replacement on the rear but this truck never sees the road. Its off road only.
