    New GM 4x4 front suspension...

Anyone hear anything about anyone working on an LT kit for the new 4x4 suspension in GM trucks? No more torsion bars should make it a bit easier to do, no?

Technically, yeah. For some reason they left the diff and cv shaft out of the picture.

Here's the suspension with a drop down lift on it.

I have not heard of a Long Travel kit for the new generation trucks yet, but I imagine it will come... It is just a matter of time.

Replacement long arms and a larger more capable coil-over shock or c-o and bypass wouldn't be that hard but it is still working with the limits of the IRS front axle so the amount of travel will still be limited...

When I hear about a manufacturer doing something for it I'll post it up...

We have a new 08 4x4 VortecMax coming into the shop in the next 2 weeks for an LT front end. I'll try to post updates as we work on it.

Sweet Nate. I'm thinking about picking up a new Silverado to pull my Blazer around.

2 wheel and 4 wheel is the same chassis. one kit will have a fabricated lift spindle and one will of course have an axle through the center of it.
