Have YOU been injured in a Rhino rollover?

So Aaron & Patternoster can suck a fat one in my opinion. They're a local legal firm here in LV that are running constant commercials looking for people who want to sue Yamaha over Rhino injuries. If anyone here knows them personally and takes offense, I apologize, but people like this are the scum of the earth and I felt the need to name them publicly.

Here's the quote: "The Yamaha Rhino 450 and 660 have been shown to become unstable and rollover under certain circumstances, if you've been injured, call us to get the money you deserve".

Yeah, certain circumstances like a dumbass behind the wheel? The things don't rollover by themselves!

It absolutely disgusts me that people try to get money this way. It's not just the lawyers either, but the people who actually try to sue over their own idiocy. I don't get it.

I don't know about that. Just the other day I sat in one in the dealership parking lot. As soon as I sat down it did a complete roll.

How about counter suing the guy for trying to ruin society.

I have seen these from other law firms. These blood suckers of society live off the stupid people that think they should retire off of thier own stupidity.

Tort reform should be a priority in this country, but alas the lawyers run the country.

The really sick part is that they will all be awarded some compansation! Its cheaper for Yamaha to just settle out than try and fight it. Its sad that our courts are jammed up with crap like this.

If you look at most of the Rolls that happen they are all in Certain circumstances like you have said earlier in the thread. From the ones I have seen they are either Too fast for the terrain, inexperienced driver, Not wearing seatbelt, almost all of them could have been prevented by slowing down or other things like that. They should make a law that if you injure yourself in a Rhino or UTV the case should be thrown out. It is human error most of the time and not the machine.

Some lawyer up in Salt lake area is doing the same thing. I posted it in another thread about UTVs a couple of months back. It's just like the whole 3-wheeler/60 Minutes thing in the early 80's. Some industry guy sold out to the lawyers and threw Honda under the bus to be an expert witness for all the plantifs.
They're all dirtbags.
