my prersonal fav is 4x4 ttb linked v8 stick truck with windshield ac and heater.

I take my prerunner to all score races there is either prerunning chasing. so it says home for vegas only. also run it in mdr bitd and morr races when ever time allows. I have also built my entire truck myself so didnt pay too much for it. but still payed alot. lol

What ever you got is the best prerunner. In my opinion it is what ever you can afford and have the most fun with. If you have a huge budget, i would say a truck ,if you have no budget like myself, get an old race car and have a blast.Prerunning is the fun part, time to sight see and have a good time. My .02 cents
WHEN YOURE RACING YOURE LIVING, EVERYTHING ELSE IS JUST WAITING!! In memory of B.J. Bates.

Re: Pre Runner What Is Best

I love the speed and ease with which a 4 seater can cover the desert. I love my windshield except on the Baja coast when the fog mixes with the dust and makes it more like a solid sheet of mud than a clear windshield. I love to have lots of friends along, but honestly I really like the way the buggy works with only 2 people in it....

I also feel a little jealous of the guys with heaters and AC at certain times. The biggest problem is to build a truck that is as fast as a buggy and still super comfortable is a LOT of money....

Bottom line for me is a buggy with a windshield and 3 seats (mines an Alumi Craft dual sport) .......I would however love to have a Geiser full Luxo Prerunner like G&R if I had the money.....

Garrit Wallace has a really nice Alumi Craft with an Acura V-6 for 55K in the classifieds......
    Good Grief
